Store & Return Policy

HOURS OF OPERATION
IREX Solutions, Inc (ISI) is opened from 9AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to 5PM PST. If you would like product information, order status or customer services, please email us at . Our customer service team is available to assist.

U.S. SALES ONLY
ISI sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States except for some very limited countries. Please email us at before placing order.

RETURN POLICY
ISI offers 7 days money back guarantee to our customers on selected products if the product is still in new condition. Products with stickers applied on them are not returnable. After 7 days, the sale is final and return is not allowed.

HARDWARE WARRANTY
 ISI offers THREE (3) months of limited hardware warranty through TAC on all of our products against any manufacture defects. If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any TAC product, please check out our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) first, you can often find the solution to the problems you experienced there. If the problem is not resolved, please email for service. If we cannot resolve the problem after several attempts, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for you to return the product under warranty for repair. Please refer to RMA Policy for further details.

RMA POLICY
ISI will not accept any product shipment without a RMA number. Every return requires a RMA number. Please contact to request a RMA number. Once issued, a RMA number is valid for 7 days, the product must be returned to the ISI warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Please ship the product to

 • Please make sure to write down the RMA number on the box.
• ISI recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to ISI or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
• For warranty repair or return, ISI assumes the cost of shipping the product to you. You are responsible for shipping the product to ISI.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card
 ISI accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. At the time your order is placed, ISI obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order.

- We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
- Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
ISI must receive your full payment within 1 calendar day or your order will be cancelled. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing after ISI receives your payment.

SALES TAX
ISI purchases will include sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received in our system will apply

ORDER PROCESSING
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card. Orders for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 12:00 noon, pending payment processing. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. If the product is available and placed during the normal business days, ISI will ship your order out within 24 hours of approved payment, excluding holidays and weekends. ISI business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Our ordering process is automated to ensure you receive your order on-time. If you choose to cancel your order, please email us at and reference the Order Number ASAP. Depends on the status of the order processing, we might not be able to grant your cancellation request.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order.  Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address. Our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we carried. Products are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. If we don’t hear back from you within 3 days to cancel the order, we will automatically assume that you want to wait for the product to be in stock. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will ship it out to you. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

• ISI is not responsible for typographical errors.
• ISI reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of at any time.
• All sales at ISI are governed by California law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

No ISI employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the ISI policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
